Privacy
What we collect, what we publish about the people we cover, and what we will not publish under any circumstances.
What we publish about executives
ClubCXO covers senior business people in their professional capacity: role, employer, career history, publicly stated views and appointments that have been publicly announced or independently verified.
- We do not publish personal phone numbers or personal email addresses.
- We do not publish home addresses or any private contact detail.
- We do not publish family information, health information or anything unrelated to the professional record.
- We reference broad location — a city — only where it is professionally relevant and already public.
Corrections and removal
Any executive can ask us to correct their profile, update an outdated role or remove information they believe should not be published. Write to editorial@clubcxo.com and we will respond.
We will always correct factual errors. Requests to remove accurate, professionally relevant, publicly sourced information are considered case by case against the public interest in an accurate leadership record.
What we collect from you
If you subscribe to ClubCXO Weekly we store your email address to send you the newsletter. If you submit a leadership move or an application, we store what you enter so the editorial or commercial team can act on it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to deliver email and process submissions.
Analytics and cookies
We measure aggregate usage — which pages are read, which links are shared, which searches are run — to decide what to cover. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
ClubCXO does not show advertising, and does not run third-party advertising trackers.
